Welcome to Mazi by Pappas, where culinary passion meets family tradition. We are a husband-and-wife team, Darin & Angie, who have held onto this dream of opening a restaurant for many years.
Mazi is the Greek word for ‘together’ a word that could not have been more fitting for this new venture of ours – one that we have decided to do with each other and with the support of our family behind us. For us, this is more than just a restaurant but a culmination of this dream that we’ve had and a tribute to Angie’s heritage as the daughter of the founder of the well-known Pappas restaurant which was started over 40 years ago.
Darin’s love for cooking and Angie’s deep-rooted connection to the restaurant industry paved the way for Mazi’s inception. Drawing inspiration from Angie’s upbringing in the vibrant world of hospitality, they set out to create a dining experience that celebrates both their love for food and their shared family values.
